DELIVERY

Kellivale Estate Winery can organise delivery of our wine across the world. In Australia, delivery of our wines will be made by Australia Post. International deliveries will be made by a nominated courier company. We will endevour to get the lowest shipping price available for international and national deliveries and will disclose any shipping costs to you prior to purchase.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

For all returns and refunds you must provide evidence of purchase. A receipt must be provided to refund the item(s)

• Items must be refunded using the same method of payment as the original transaction
• Items are refunded at the price of purchase
• Items must be returned within 28 days of purchase
• Items must be unopened
• The items must be in re-saleable condition e.g. no damaged bottles
